Biography
Prof.Dr. Hosan Abdel Mohsen Abdallah holds a master's and doctorate degree in comparative civil law from the University of Montpellier in France 2004-2008 and teaches in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Faculty of Law at the University of Salah al-Din - Erbil since 2010 and has more than 14 research published in Arabic in Egypt And the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Algeria and Iraq, he participated in many committees as president and member of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and at the University of Salah al-Din and the College of Law - Erbil, where he worked as the head of the scientific committee in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the French Language Testing Committee and worked as an assistant dean in the Faculty of Law and Policy at the University Salah Al-Din in Erbil, a member of the Certificate Amendment Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a member of the Disciplinary Committee in the College of Law and Politics, Rapporteur of the Law Department at Salahaddin University - Erbil, Member of the Scientific Research Committee at the College of Law at Salahaddin University - Erbil, An expert and a reviewer for many master's and doctoral dissertations, he holds the membership of the following societies and unions: - 1. Office of the Rule of Law against Corruption and Crime - Doha, Qatar 2018-2020. 2. The Iraqi Bar Association. 3. The Bar Association in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
الاستاذ الدكتور هوزان عبدالمحسن عبدالله حاصل على درجة الماجستير والدكتوراه في القانون المدني المقارن من جامعة مونبيلية في فرنسا 2008-2004 ويظلع بالتدريس في كل من برامج البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا في كلية القانون بجامعة صلاح الدين – اربيل منذ عام 2010 وله أكثر من 14 بحثا منشور بالعربية في مصر والامارات والكويت والبحرين والجزائر والعراق, شارك في العديد من اللجان كرئيس وعضو في وزرارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وفي جامعة صلاح الدين وكلية القانون - اربيل حيث عمل كرئيس اللجنة العلمية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لجنة اختبار اللغة الفرنسية وعمل كمعاون عميد في كلية القانون والسياسة بجامعة صلاح الدين في اربيل ,عضو في لجنة تعديل الشهادات في وزراه التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ,عضو في اللجنة الانضباطية في كلية القانون والسياسة , مقرر قسم القانون في جامعة صلاح الدين-اربيل ,عضو لجنة البحث العلمي في كلية القانون في جامعة صلاح الدين- اربيل ,خبير ومقوم للعديد من رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه .حاصل على عضوية الجمعيات والنقابات التالية :-
1. مكتب حكم القانون لمكافحة الفساد والجريمة- الدوحة قطر 2018-2020.
2. نقابة المحامين العراقية.
3. نقابة المحامين في إقليم كردستان العراق.
